The Job
This is a full-time remote role for a Senior Software Engineer. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and testing software applications. You will also lead and mentor junior engineers, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to technical and product discussions. We iterate daily and have a fast feedback loop. You’ll grow to own a part of the product.

You are an accomplished full stack developer, with experience in Ruby on Rails and React.
You have experience in designing, building, and maintaining scalable, reliable, and performant services and systems.
You are detail-oriented but also understand the importance of opportunity costs, and are willing to reprioritize.
You are excited to be part of a scrappy, early team that is building something transformative.

What you will need to succeed

Programming and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) skills.
Experience with RESTful APIs, databases, and cloud computing platforms.
Knowledge of software architecture and design patterns.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
You want to be part of a scrappy, early team who is building something transformative.

Bonus Expertise

Experience with CRM integrations like Salesforce/Hubspot
You’ve worked with email APIs like Microsoft exchange and Gmail
Experience with ElasticSearch
Experience with mobile development, and DevOps is a plus.
Experience building/maintaining chrome extensions a big plus
