With the Global Brand Manager, develop and refine visual elements that enhance the company’s brand story and support marketing strategies. Design a range of marketing materials including brochures, flyers, banners, trade show graphics and other large-scale assets for both digital and print formats.Oversee the final preflight process, including color and brand accuracy to ensure a smooth final productionContribute to video projects by creating graphics, animation, and applying editing skills, for effective visual storytelling. Create digital animations and visual assets for web content, social media and marketing campaignsSupport web and landing page design with a focus on user experience and conversion optimization, ensuring visual elements complement content.Maintain brand cohesion by adhering to guidelines across all designs.Stay current on design trends, tools, and techniques to bring fresh ideas to our creative work. Collaborate with teams across marketing, sales, and product to produce impactful assets.

Minimum 5 years experience in designProficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere, Photoshop, Illustrator, AfterEffects, iMovie Experience with video production and digital animation tools, including familiarity with motion graphics.Hands-on experience in HubSpot, particularly in designing and implementing visuals for landing pages, email marketing, and web content.Experience with large scale print graphicsHTML/CSS experienceAgency experience a plus
