The Project Manager is responsible for leading company’s ongoing projects thru initiation, planning, execution, control, and completion. They work closely with leadership team and team members to ensure that all project requirements, deadlines, and schedules are on track. Responsibilities include execution and hosting of all assigned project meetings, submitting project deliverables, preparing status reports, and establishing effective project communication plans as well as the proper execution of said plans.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Coordinate assigned projects workflow thru initiation, planning, execution, control, and completionCoordinate with cross-functional discipline team members to make sure that all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedulesSubmit project deliverables and ensuring that they adhere to quality standardsPrepare status reports by gathering, analyzing, and summarizing relevant informationEstablish effective project communication plans and ensure their executionParticipate in medical-legal-regulatory review meetings, as requiredDevelop, monitor, and implement project timelines, revising as needed to ensure key milestones are metCommunicate project status (both formally and informally) to clients and internal teamsTrack and report project metrics and provide recommendations to managementResolve and/or escalate potential project risks to management in a timely fashionManage client satisfaction within project transition period and participate in post project evaluationCoordinating the development of user manuals, training materials and other documents as needed to enable successful implementation and turnover of the process, system or materials to the clientAll other duties as assigned

EVERSANA is committed to providing competitive salaries and benefits for all employees. The anticipated base salary range for this position is $84,000 – $117,000 and is not applicable to locations outside of the U.S. The base salary range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this position. Compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, other job-related qualifications/skills, and geographic location (to account for comparative cost of living). EVERSANA reserves the right to modify this base salary range at any time.
