Proven experience as a technology recruiter, with a track record of successfully filling challenging tech positions.Strong understanding of the tech landscape, including current trends, tools, and skills in demand.Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage and influence candidates and stakeholders.A results-driven mindset – you set ambitious goals and go above and beyond to achieve them.A collaborative spirit – you thrive in a team environment and are eager to share your expertise.
You have experience recruiting for niche technology roles.You’re well-versed in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.You have a network of industry contacts and a proven ability to engage passive candidates.
