Act as a bridge between the business stakeholders and the technical teamUnderstand the business needs, elicit requirements, validate, prioritize, manage requirements, and ensure that the delivered solution aligns with those requirementsTranslate business needs into clear, detailed, and unambiguous requirementsDocument, analyze, and visualize business processes, workflows, and systemsDocument requirements with sound acceptance criteria
At least 4 years of commercial experience as a Business AnalystProven experience in eliciting requirementsBe meticulous in creating documentationExcellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentationsFair knowledge and understanding of technology concepts, including the ability to adapt quicklyAbility to document test scenarios and acceptance criteriaUnderstand basic mathematics and have basic knowledge of Front-end, Back-end, and database to communicate with the development team effectivelyAt least an Advanced level of English
