You will either work on interim projects or particular vacancies for our clients
You will partner with hiring managers to create meaningful recruiting processes that suit the specific needs of our clients
You will guide candidates through the recruiting process and give them an awesome, memorable experience that makes them excited to join our clients team
You will cooperate with your colleagues, so all our projects are delivered in timely manner
Expect no internal KPIs, unnecessary reporting, Excell – we are trust managed team
You won’t be expected to stay after hours.
You will be involved and inform about every aspect related to Blackbird Collective
You have a solid recruiting experience working for tech companies in Germany
You are based in Germany and willing to work independently (home-office with regular meetings with your colleagues). Our “headquarter” is a permaculture farm in Brandenburg!
You have a reason to work four-days week as we all do (the position is for 20-32h week)
Knowledge of HR topics and german language skills are a strong plus
You understand that recruiting is a speed but more importantly quality game
You are pragmatic, you know how to prioritize while always delivering quality work with a strong eye for detail
You are experienced in working for modern and fast-moving companies
You understand that diversity is more then a number of nationalities in the team
You believe in modern approach to work-life balance (you’re sick of 50h/week, commuting every day, etc.)
You can prepare your own breakfast and prefer to play table tennis with your friends, then with co-workers
