Lifecycle Strategy and Engagement
Onboarding Optimization: Lead initiatives to ensure new users have a smooth, engaging onboarding experience, setting the stage for long-term retention.
Data-Driven Re-Engagement: Utilize behavioral triggers and tailored nudges to keep users actively engaged with the app.
Re-Activation Campaigns: Design personalized outreach efforts to re-engage inactive users, using targeted messaging and tailored offers.
Social Activations: Develop friend invites, community activities, and social prompts to encourage interaction and foster connections within the app.
Campaign Management and Lifecycle Operations
Event-Based Campaigns: Plan and execute themed events or challenges that promote group participation and build excitement among users.
Limited-Time Offers: Develop seasonal promotions, exclusive bonuses, and time-sensitive offers to enhance user excitement and urgency.
Personalized Reactivation Campaigns: Craft reactivation campaigns tailored to dormant users, using data insights to draw them back into the fold.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with product, marketing, and data teams to align campaigns with business goals and ensure seamless execution.
