As a Website Project Manager, you will:
Write compelling, tailored content for website templates and client websites, ensuring clarity, consistency, and alignment with brand guidelines Oversee the development and launch of up to three new websites each week, collaborating with designers, developers, and other team members Plan, manage, and track project timelines, ensuring tasks are completed on schedule and meet quality standards Review and refine website content and layouts, ensuring functionality and aesthetic appeal before launch Identify opportunities to improve workflows and processes for greater efficiency in website creation and content development Work with website design principles and various content management systems (e.g., WordPress, Squarespace, Wix)
To be successful in this role, you will need:
Exceptional communication and organizational skills Proven experience in content writing, including website content, blog posts, or marketing copy Good knowledge of website development marketing channels Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and manage tight deadlines A sense of ownership in your performance and its impact on a company’s success Excellent written and verbal communication skills Experience in website design, UX, or working with website templates Familiarity with SEO best practices and web analytics tools
