Windows Systems Management: Install, configure and maintain Windwos servers (Windwos Sever 2016/2019/2022) ensuring optimal performance, availability and security.System Upgrades, Patching and Vulnerability Mitigation: Keep systems up to date by applying latest patches, upgrades and security fixes, monitor for vulnerabilities and mitigate risks. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure these updates, vulnerability fixes are tested and deployed successfully across environments.Automation and Scripting: Develop and maintain automation scripts using PowerShell, Ansible or other automation tools to rollout patches, upgrades, streamline system administration tasks and avoid manual work.Collaboration with Stakeholders: Work effectively with team members, development, Testing and other support teams to ensure successful rollout of patches, updates and upgrades across various environments, minimizing downtime and ensuring environment stability.Security: Implement and maintain security best practices on Windows Severs including Active Directory management, group configurations, firewall settings and secure remote access. Proper handling of password, end to end encryption and 1005 compliance with security policies and best practices.Backup and Recovery: Set up, manage and test backup and disaster recovery systems.
