Rewards & Payments

• Payouts may be delayed for verification

Refunds & Chargebacks

• No refunds for completed surveys
• Chargebacks may result in account termination

4. Intellectual Property

• All content (logos, surveys, text) belongs to RemoteKai
• You may not copy, redistribute, or resell our content

5. Termination & Suspension

We may suspend or terminate accounts for:

• Fraudulent activity
• Violation of these Terms
• Suspicious payment behavior

6. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

• We do not guarantee uninterrupted service
• We are not liable for:
  • Lost earnings due to survey disqualification
  • Technical issues beyond our control

7. Governing Law & Disputes

• These Terms are governed by the laws of USA
• Disputes will be resolved through arbitration (not court)
